About Me
Providing a Safe Space
My name is Pat and I am a Person-Centred Counsellor. Person-Centred Counselling provides a confidential space in which you can explore any concerns which may be troubling you. Person-centred or humanistic counselling emerges from the work of Carl Rogers, and others, who understood that a collaborative therapeutic relationship is effective in supporting each person to find the tools to grow and reach a healed, more complete sense of themself.

I am passionate about equality, and am positive about neurodivergence and GSRD.
I have a heart for anyone who has experienced abuse of any kind, with particculr
understanding of Domestic Abuse, Narcissistic Abuse and Adverse Childhood Experiences. Counselling is offered in English or British Sign Language.

I am an Accredited member of BACP, and follow their Ethical Framework. (Click here for the Ethical Framework in BSL).

I have also undertaken specialist training in Counselling by telephone and online.
